We ship worldwide, including:

Processing Time

Most LIET Paris items are made-to-order or available via pre-sale. Processing times may vary depending on the product and production schedule:

  • Made-to-Order Items: 4–8 weeks
  • Pre-Sale Items: 2–6 weeks
  • Ready-to-Ship Items (in stock): 1–5 business days

Processing begins once full payment is received and verified.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs and methods are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. Available options include:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivery via trusted carriers (tracking included)
  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery with tracking and insurance

Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • France: 3–7 business days after shipping
  • European Union: 5–10 business days after shipping
  • Dominican Republic: 10–20 business days after shipping
  • Other international locations: 10–30 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For customers outside the EU, including the Dominican Republic, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. LIET Paris has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain regions due to local regulations or customs restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Delays & Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver your order on time, LIET Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier errors, or force majeure events. In the rare event that your shipment is lost, please contact us at hello@liet-paris.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
