Each LIET Paris piece is crafted with precision and care by our ateliers, using high-quality fabrics and artisanal finishing techniques. To preserve the integrity, fit, and beauty of your garment, please follow the care instructions below.

General Care

Handle your garment with clean hands and avoid contact with sharp objects, jewelry, or rough surfaces that may snag delicate fabrics.
Store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration.
Do not hang heavy or knit items, as this may stretch the fabric; instead, fold them gently and store flat.
Allow your garment to air between wears to maintain freshness and minimize the need for frequent washing.

Cleaning Instructions

Always refer to the specific care label sewn inside your garment for fabric-specific instructions.
For most pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning to ensure the preservation of the materials and tailoring.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless explicitly stated on the care label.
If hand washing is permitted, use cold water and a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Gently press out water without wringing.
Lay flat or hang to dry on a padded hanger, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Ironing & Steaming

Use a low-temperature iron or a professional steamer to remove wrinkles, following the garment’s fabric requirements.
Always iron on the reverse side or place a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the garment to prevent shine or heat damage.
Avoid exposing embellishments, prints, or delicate trims directly to heat.

Special Fabrics

Silk: We recommend professional dry cleaning. Avoid contact with water and perfume. Store in breathable fabric covers.
Wool & Cashmere: Air out regularly and use a lint brush. Dry clean seasonally. Fold instead of hanging to preserve shape.
Cotton & Linen: Gentle hand wash or professional cleaning recommended. Iron while slightly damp for best results.
Leather & Suede: Use only specialized professional cleaning. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Condition occasionally with a suitable product.

Storage

Use garment bags for long-term storage to protect from dust and light exposure.
Store in breathable cotton covers — never in plastic — to allow fabrics to breathe.
For structured pieces, use padded or shaped hangers to maintain the silhouette.

Repairs & Alterations

Orders & Production

Each LIET Paris piece is crafted with precision and care. Many of our garments are made-to-order or available via pre-sale. Once your payment has been verified, production begins, and you will receive an order confirmation email. When your piece is complete, in around two weeks, we will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our ateliers in France and Spain, including France, the European Union, and the Dominican Republic. Delivery times vary depending on destination —after fulfillment of the order, typically 3–7 business days within France, 5–10 days across the EU, and 10–20 days for the Dominican Republic. Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LIET Paris purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, following the conditions stated in our Returns Policy. Made-to-order and customized garments may not be eligible for return unless defective. For exchanges, please contact our Customer Care team before shipping your item back.

How long will take my made-to-order piece take?

Production typically requires between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on design complexity and fabric availability. Estimated timelines may be listed on each product page.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once production has started, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need assistance to find suitable solutions.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured locally in Île de France. We carefully select our manufacturing partner to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

What happens if my package is delayed?

While we work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, LIET Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and usually a link to follow your delivery in real time.
