Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@liet-paris.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Sale Items

Our made-to-order and pre-sale pieces are crafted individually for each client to ensure the highest quality and to reduce unnecessary production. Because these items are produced specifically upon purchase, they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item received. If a return is exceptionally approved, a €25 handling fee may apply to cover production and processing costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized pieces.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
