Welcome to LIET Paris. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, liet-paris.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

Eligibility

To use this Site or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Products and Availability

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. As most LIET Paris pieces are made-to-order or available via pre-sale, production times may vary. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through one of the accepted payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

Made-to-Order and Pre-Sale Purchases

Made-to-order and pre-sale items are produced specifically for you. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on production and logistics conditions.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, including France, the European Union, and the Dominican Republic, from France or Spain, depending on stock and production. Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times are displayed at checkout. LIET Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier errors, or force majeure events.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For customers in the Dominican Republic and other non-EU countries, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. LIET Paris has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Refunds

Our full return and refund policy is available on our Returns Policy page. Please note that made-to-order or customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by us.

Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including color, fabric, and fit. However, variations may occur due to display differences or artisanal manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, photographs, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of LIET Paris or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. For users in the European Union, local consumer protection laws also apply. For users in the Dominican Republic, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic to the extent required by mandatory local consumer protection rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France for EU users, and the competent courts in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, for users in the Dominican Republic.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
